Cystic Fibrosis Lifestyle Foundation (CFLF)

Cystic Fibrosis affects lung function.

Studies show that regular exercise can help control the symptoms of CF – that’s where CFLF comes in.

With recreation grants, mentoring and peer support, CFLF provides people with opportunities to get the exercise they need to live longer and stronger.

The first project we tackled for CFLF was designing a microsite for their 2014 annual report. Many important design elements came out of that project including expanded typography and color palettes as well as a focus on powerful words – all for the purpose of depth and boldness.

We then took that visual foundation into a line of running and biking jerseys, a great tie-in to the organization’s mission. By adding a layered icon-based illustration family to the mix, we’ve come up with an extremely versatile system for event marketing materials and promotions CFLF can use and adjust for years to come.

“The work of Someone Creative has truly refreshed the branding and event promotions for us. As an organization that identifies with an array of targeted markets, it is tricky to get the right theme that appeals to all. Our brand is about inspiration and empowerment.  Someone Creative has done an incredible job of bringing our look to the next level. Consistency across campaigns has also tied a more professional element to the message and mission we stand for.”
