Brushstroke is a hot photo app with lots of press – including a big feature in the photography section of the iTunes App Store – but surely the sweet app icon helped push them to success. Or at least to their next app, Relight, which we also had the pleasure of designing the icon and App Store banner ad for.
“Brushstroke was the “Apple Store App” for a couple of months this summer. The icon was front and center on Apple’s Apple Store app (!) and they featured it in their physical stores in 42 countries. It got a ton of attention, and it’s by far our most popular app to this day. We still love the icon, thank you so much for that!”
